To dismiss front-end design as mere ‘icing’ is to jeopardize the success of any project.
Mark founded WA Interactive after a tenure of 15 years as principal of an advertising design firm in Orange County, California.
Within a career of working in print and multimedia, Mark came to the Internet in 1993 and launched two sites in early 1994 (a wine portal, wine.net and kj.com for Kendall-Jackson (the first major wine site on the Web). During the mid and late 90's, WA Interactive was immersed in designing and producing sites for Silicon Valley technology firms including 10 web-based projects for the Internet pioneer, Netscape Communications.
Currently the focus includes the wine industry and an engaging mix of firms throughout the state.
Mark's interests include photography (shooting and collecting), restoration projects and gardening. Married and a father of two, Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Arts from Cal Poly, Pomona, California.
